Stato Bradipo | An adorable community brand

Brand & Digital Systems Design · 2024–2025

Stato Bradipo is an Italian artisanal clothing brand built on deadstock fabrics — materials that are finite, non-reorderable, and structurally limited in quantity. The brand operates through seasonal collection drops and preorders, combining an e-commerce Shopify store with a physical retail space.

My role had no clean title. I sat at the intersection of brand design, UX, launch strategy, editorial systems, and operational infrastructure. If it was digital and it needed doing, it was mine.

Before / After

Before

After

Before: a Wix product page with no brand system, no hierarchy, no purchase logic. After: a redesigned product page built around clarity, conversion, and the visual identity of the brand.

High Fidelity Design

Every page, every component, every interaction — designed in high fidelity before a single line of code was written.

Brand Identity

A complete design system built from scratch: color palette, typography, UI components, layout logic. The visual language that made four collections a year feel like one coherent brand.

Designed for Launch

A design made to welcome everyone, all at once.

The site was never designed for browsing. It was designed for launch day — when hundreds of people arrive at the same moment, ready to buy something that won't exist again.

Operations & AI

Running four collections a year with a four-person team is only possible if you remove friction from everything that can be systematized. I was the only person on the team using AI fluently — and it wasn't optional. It was the infrastructure that made the scope survivable.

The Team

The way the team communicated — internally and outward to its community — was consistently inclusive, direct, and human. There was no hierarchy that silenced operational problems before they reached the people who could solve them. Decisions moved through the team laterally when they needed to, and vertically when they had to. That flexibility wasn't accidental — it was a quiet structural choice that made everything faster and less fragile. A small team. Flat hierarchy. A shared willingness to change what wasn't working. This is what four collections a year actually looks like.

I didn't build Stato Bradipo. I built what made it possible to run it four times a year.
